If we don’t have the desired item available, you can choose another item or choose returning the item for a refund.

For new products the following rules apply:  Please return the products in the same condition, including price tags attached, within 60 days with a date stamp of the post.
Vintage items need to be returned within 4 days (excluding Sunday)

If you wish to exchange an item, the shipping costs of the new item are for us. We do not reimburse the return costs.

We will gladly arrange the exchange for you, please just contact our Customer Service.
Let us know your order number, what item you want to exchange and what item you would like to receive instead. We will check the availability and make sure that the item is put aside for you.
The new item is shipped as soon as possible after receipt of the returned order (and possible additional payment). Any remaining amount will of course be refunded to your account or with a voucher.

Of course you can. As any exchange, please send an email to our Customer Service.

You can send the item back to the address below, with a note marked ‘EXCHANGE’ with your name and address. Also add (a copy) of the store receipt.

Of course you can exchange an item in the store.

Please note that if you should choose an item that is cheaper than the original, the remaining amount will be refunded via the webshop. If the item you choose needs additional payment, you can pay the remaining amount in the store.
