You can place an order with or without an account, but an account has some advantages.

For example, your address details, your order history and your list of favorites are stored in your account.

Returns

For new products the following rules apply: Please return the products in the same condition, including price tags attached, within 60 days with a date stamp of the post.
For vintage items the following rules apply:  Please return the products in the same condition, including price tags attached, within 4 days with a date stamp of the post. (excluding Sunday)

We will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 workingdays after receipt of the return. The original shipping costs and return costs are NOT reimbursed.

The refund is done in the same way that you paid the order. So if you paid for your order with Paypal, we will refund you via Paypal. If you paid with your Visa card, you will receive the refund via your VISA account and so on.

We will gladly arrange the exchange for you, please just contact our Customer Service.
Let us know your order number, what item you want to exchange and what item you would like to receive instead. We will check the availability and make sure that the item is put aside for you.
The new item is shipped as soon as possible after receipt of the returned order (and possible additional payment). Any remaining amount will of course be refunded to your account or with a voucher.

There are several ways to search within our website.

You can shop by Category. When you hover over the button ‘VINTAGE CLOTHING’ a drop down menu will appear. Here you can search within the various categories and refine your search by clicking on them.

We also have a convenient search function, which you will find at the top of the page on the right, next to the shopping cart. By clicking on the magnifying glass you’ll get a search bar at the top of the page. Here you can search by name, article number, size, color etc. The most sought search terms are revealed through a pop down.

Both in the general ‘vintage clothing’ page and in each of the categories you can filter by color, size, price, brand, material and last but not least we introduce as the only (!) Shop by Decades! Are you looking for or curious about items from a specific decade then you can use this tool.
Our product range extends from the 1920s to the 1980s.

Delivery / Shipping

Once the payment has been processed, the order will be sent to you as soon as possible. When you transferred the payment it takes a little longer for the payment to be processed.

Your order will usually take 2 to 4 days to arrive. The shipping time, after we have sent the order, depends on the shipping companies and is therefore anestimation.
You will receive a confirmation email when the payment has been processed ánd when the order has been shipped.

Once we have received the payment and the package is in the mail, you get a confirmation by e-mail.

For shipments sent using DPD or POSTNL you will get a Track & Trace code that allows you can track the delivery. The email with the Track and Trace code will be sent by DPD and PostNL once they have checked in the shipment.

When shipments are sent by DHL GLOBAL MAIL you won’t get a Track and Trace code.

Our products undergo a rigorous inspection. If unfortunately something went wrong, please contact our Customer Service.

It is possible an item is out of stock, we will let you know by e-mail.

If we failed sending you an article; please contact the Customer Service. We will supply the item as soon as possible.
